As the founder and CEO of Ringmaster Conversational Marketing, he’s dedicated his career to helping businesses build authentic connections with their audiences.
Bekah Chenel, Director of Operations
Bekah is a skilled operations professional with over nine years of business administration experience and a passion for building efficient processes, supporting strong teams, and driving productivity. As a certified HR professional, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work, paired with hands-on experience in podcast production, process improvement, and team leadership. Outside of work, she loves getting lost in a great book, singing, and spending quality time with friends and family!
Amanda Goyette, Production Team Manager & Producer
Amanda is a passionate podcast producer dedicated to helping creators bring their visions to life through high-quality audio and video production. She has a Bachelor’s in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University and has worked on multiple podcast projects such as the Co-Designed Podcast at SNHU and the ReadLocalNH podcast hosted by Laura Knoy. She also has broadcasting experience working at the Manchester Media Group and has done some on-air broadcasting on Binnie Media’s station 99.1 The Bone.
Kristina McCarthy, Launch Manager & Producer
Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts and Marketing, combining her passion for storytelling with the creativity of her marketing skills. She has strong experience working as a Social Media Marketing Manager for multiple entertainment organizations, where she successfully amplified brand presence and engaged audiences across social platforms. With her unique background in both the performing arts industry and marketing, Kristina excels at creating innovative strategies and crafts compelling content that builds meaningful connections between brands and their audiences.
Amanda Bowley, Producer
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Westfield State University. With a background in operations and marketing, including social media and digital campaigns, she brings both structure and creativity to every project. She’s here to help ideas excel through production and strategic business insight, allowing brands to build genuine connections through their podcasts. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys cooking and expressing her creativity as an artist working in charcoal and acrylic paint.
Erica Weser, Producer
Erica is a story-driven podcast producer with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from UMass Lowell and a strong background in marketing and audience strategy. She has hands-on experience in audio and video production, including producing her own capstone podcast and directing student films. She helps clients turn ideas into polished products that strengthen brand image, support growth, and build trust with the right audiences. Outside of work, Erica loves reading and going to the movies, always inspired by great storytelling!
Serena Johnson, Producer
Serena is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in Digital Media who brings creativity, precision, and enthusiasm to her work. With hands-on experience in video and audio production, as well as content creation, she combines strong attention to detail with an eagerness to collaborate and helps bring compelling stories to life. She thrives in creative environments where teamwork and fresh ideas drive impactful content. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, crafting, and exploring new music.
Josh LaCroix, Producer
Josh is a podcast producer and creative storyteller with a passion for crafting engaging, meaningful content. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in Digital Media Production, and has also studied at the University of Essex as well as Nashua Community College. With a strong foundation in creative production and digital media, Josh brings both technical skill and creative vision to every project, helping shape stories that resonate with audiences. He thrives in collaborative, idea-driven environments where communication is at the center of the work. Outside of work, Josh enjoys diving into movies and comics, constantly drawing inspiration from the worlds and narratives he loves!
Deanna Healey, Executive Assistant
Deanna is a creative administration professional and Casey’s executive assistant. She is passionate about bringing order out of the chaos of the creative production process and she has supported executives in various creative spaces from documentary, photography, to now podcasting! When she isn’t managing Casey’s schedule, she is spending time with her husband and family, enjoying the great outdoors, or watching a great movie with a cozy mug of her favorite tea.
